All products on this website are located in Portugal and can be mailed from here to anywhere in the world.

Prices do not include packaging and posting expenses. Only after a customer contacts us with interest on ordering our products, and letting us know his address, we’ll be able to reply to inform how much the total costs will be. Prices and content of this website are subject to change without further notice but will not affect orders that start before the changes take place.

We accept payments made through International Money Transfer (we offer 5% discount for orders paid by this method - the discount does not apply to the shipping charges). With the new European SEPA programme you will not pay any extra charges to your bank if your bank is one of the 4388 that already have joined it. Click here for more info about SEPA and contact your bank for more info on this matter. Please specify on your orders notes if you prefer this payment method and we will send you our IBAN, BIC/SWIFT and total charges. The order will be shipped as soon as we receive the receipt of the transfer through email or when the payment enters our bank account (SEPA transfers only take one day to reach our account).

We also accept payments through PayPal and cheques (if payable in Portugal), postal orders or even real money via recorded mail delivery (at your own and exclusive risk whatever the type of mailing service you choose). Orders payed by cheques will be dispatched only after the payment is released on our bank account. We do not deliver our products personally to anyone or anywhere.

We don't have a physical shop and we manage this website from a private home therefore, for obvious security reasons, we won't provide here our address. We have a confirmed PayPal account that can provide our customers all the security they'll need for their payments to us.

All information that we receive from our customers is strictly confidential and will not be freely exposed, rented or sold to any individual or enterprise of any kind.

We give special offers to returning customers and resellers. At the moment we can only give special offers to resellers on team holders and paints.

Our products may be returned within 30 days from payment date if the customer is not satisfied and if the returning products are absolutely unused. We strongly advise potential customers to read all the “NOTES TO CONSIDER BEFORE ORDERING”. We aim to be as explicit and descriptive as possible and so, if the customer reads these notes he won’t have any surprise that leads him to returning our products. If any doubt exists over those notes the customer must contact us by mail before ordering. When a product is returned to us we will only refund the costs without packaging and posting expenses. Those and the returning costs are exclusively from the customer’s responsibility.

Please note that the colours of the products may vary slightly in reality due to the quality of the camera and the colours of your monitor.
